I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler University Chicago. I spent several years working in an inpatient setting.

Therapy can feel daunting, so my hope is to support and guide you through the therapeutic process by providing comfortability, genuineness, empathy and a sense of humor. One of my goals is to establish a collaborative relationship to help you recognize and build upon the strengths you already have to promote growth in multiple aspects of life.

I strive to work collaboratively with you to help meet their unique goals. I integrate a semi-structured approach that provides concrete tools to facilitate change that you hope for in your life. My style is encouraging, collaborative, conversational and warm. I value honesty, authenticity, accountability, and empowerment in and out of the therapeutic setting.

I utilize a range of therapeutic approaches in order to provide quality care. I integrate CBT, DBT, person-centered as well as utilize a trauma-informed care model. I am happy to answer additional questions regarding the therapeutic process.

In addition to working in this field that I am passionate about, I also enjoy spending time with my cats, reading, true crime, and being outdoors. I am looking forward to working with you as you take this new step in bettering your life and advocating for your wellness!
