Katie Pruitt, MSW
Bradley Masters in Social Work
Katie received her Master’s degree in Social Work from Lewis University in May of 2020, and is currently working towards getting her clinical license. Finishing out her school year and starting her career in the midst of a Pandemic was not exactly what she had expected, however she is highly determined to provide services to those who are in need of it.
Katie has had the privilege of working with children, teens, and some adults, but is excited to expand her knowledge in working with clients of all ages. Katie has spent the previous few years interning within schools. Those internships have given Katie the opportunity to work with children with a variety of different diagnoses ranging from; Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, Eating Disorders, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Anger Management, Serious Emotional Disturbance, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, as well as many more.
Katie is continually expanding her knowledge and growing as a Social Worker. Katie provides a safe environment for her clients to discuss their problems, and in doing so, she works alongside you to help find a solution. “You can’t go back & change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.”
