Group Therapy at
the Ardent Center
In group therapy, you will be joined by a small number of individuals (usually 6-8) and one or more experienced group leaders.
Many find the experience of giving and receiving feedback, listening to others as well as sharing their own story and receiving support to be a healing experience.
You will see yourself through others eyes in a safe environment, and your experience will help you feel less alone.
Your group therapist will be there to guide you and help you apply the growth and learning to creating change in your day-to-day life.
Each group member has committed to offer honest, responsible feedback and use others feedback to uncover old, ineffective ways of relating. This process is also a way to learn to appreciate your strengths and resilience.
