I believe in using an integrative, compassionate, and creative relationship-based approach to therapy that utilizes techniques from cognitive-behavioral, existential, EMDR, and humanistic approaches. I adapt my approach to match the needs of the person and meet them where they are. I believe in treating the whole person through a collaborative relationship that utilizes individual strengths and experiences to discover new ways to cope with the difficulties we experience throughout life. More than anything I believe there is always hope for every client and my goal is to help them create a unique and meaningful avenue to positive change.

My primary clinical interests are in the treatment of bipolar, anxiety, and depression. I believe in using an integrative approach that meets the client where they are. I have experience treating these disorders in multiple settings and in all degrees of severity.

I have experience with many issues ranging from mild to severe. I have worked in private practice, community mental health, and residential settings. I am comfortable working with almost anyone who is willing to work on creating change.
