Therapy
Stop running away! Stop running from you, now! Stop making excuses
for yourself. Stop focusing on everyone else. You are in control
of you, and only you, no one else. And they are in control of
themselves, for themselves. Stop living in your feelings. Stop
living in your mind. Remember who you really are, who you wanted
to be, who you have become, and now, for you, now, what do what
to create for yourself to become, now.
We recommend that you begin by monitoring how often you do various
exercises to help work on yourself. Download and print Keeping
a log of your life. It contains a simple chart on which to
record how often you use a tool and how it affects you and so
on. You can print out more than one copy of the therapy chart
if you want to record the affect of a number of tools (so one
copy of the page per tool).
Attitude; NO, I mean NO, judgment! This isn't a time to condemn
yourself. It is a time to be real and to accept where you are
currently at.
Look at what are you choosing to make things mean. Sometimes
it is not about what you feel, but what's right there in front
of you that is demanding your attention. And again, STOP RUNNING
AWAY FROM YOU, NOW!!!
Grow up! Come to terms with who you are today. But notice if
you become obsessed, fixated, distracted or lost as this may keep
you from achieving your purpose. When you are aware that you are
becoming like this you need to shift and become physical instead
or close your eyes and watch your breathing until you return to
a state in which you are in control. If this happens to you a
lot, you might consider setting an alarm to go off every half-hour
and when it goes off, you should check in to make sure you are
still in control and not distracted etc. Ask yourself if you are
on track or do I need to shift something to make myself more focused?
If you are off the track, you need to reclaim yourself by getting
back into your body.
Where are you at physically? No really. What is the total overall
picture of what is going on with your body, right now? No judgment!
Where are you at with you behaviors - your actions? No judgment!
Where are you at with your beliefs? What have you made things
mean? No judgment! Not what did they do to you or say, create,
manipulate or change. But what did you just you create in your
mind. Take responsibility for you, so you can take control of
you, not them, you, so you can then change the situation.
What's behind your beliefs? What have you chosen to make things
mean?
Where are you at with your spirit? This need not necessarily
be cosmic or goofy. Just what is going on with what you can't
necessarily see, taste, touch, smell, or hear? Yes, there is a
part of you that is not contrite, not just what you see in the
mirror. There is a part of you that is so much more than what
you often think is there. There is a part of you that affects
others, as they then affect you.
It's time.
It's time for you. Not just time to take control of you, but
time to
re-connect with you. Time to be with you. Time
to grow. Time to create what you want to create. Time to
