Tiffany uses cognitive behavior and solution focus therapies to help individuals find comfort and resolution with everyday life concerns.
She received her Masters degree in a CACREP accredited Mental Health Counseling program at Capella University.
Tiffany has worked individually with children, adolescents, and adults. She also has worked with couples and families as well.
She has a special interest in adolescents, adults, and couples with issues such as boundaries, depression, anger, relationship conflict, stress management, on-the –job stressors, and substance abuse.
