Resources:

Connection

It is important to connect regularly with yourself and to connect with others.

We recommend that you begin by monitoring how often you connect with yourself and others now. Download and print Keeping a log of your life. It contains a simple chart on which to record how often you connect with yourself and others.

Giving

Endeavor to have given today, even in the smallest way. By connecting with others, or the environment, we connect with ourselves. We become better at who we are – who we need to become.

One of the best things you can do for yourself is give to others. Not getting lost in others, not writing a check and feeling good about yourself for the moment, but getting your hands dirty, rolling up your sleeves and getting down to work in helping someone, anyone else. This will transform you in being able to reconnect with others, now. Stop being so self-involved / lost in yourself and find yourself again, now, now, now.
