The Ardent Counseling Center is expanding. Join our team of therapists in the Chicagoland area. We are looking for highly motivated therapists who want to increase their clientele.

We currently have availability for both fully licensed and newer therapists as well.

You can receive free consultation on any case, even if you are fully licenced. You can also collaborate with many diverse therapists with different specialties and techniques, so that you can continue to learn and grow as a therapist.
Our aim is to help you be the best therapist you can be. And we're there to support you, as you support your clients. By working as a team, we can help each other avoid burnout and caretaker fatigue.
You can take advantage of our special group rate on your liability insurance so that you get lower premiums.
We can help you to develop your practice to be online as well, using phone and video teleconferencing.

You are paid every two weeks. You don't have to wait until the clients or the insurance companies pay us.

New therapists

Learn to really do therapy, in an integrated theoretical manner, a creative way, and in a much more effective methodology then you learned in school.
You are paid every two weeks. You don't have to wait until the clients or the insurance companies pay us.
We provide free and extensive individual and group supervision for LMFT and LCPC licensure.
You will receive supervision from someone who has 15 years experience as a professional in the field plus a supervision and teaching background.
